Delivery:

Once your order, along with payment, is received I will begin making your shade. As the lampshades are handmade to order please allow 3 days for dispatch and a further 5 days for delivery.

When ready, the lampshade is boxed and shipped using tracked delivery.

Returns:

All items are handmade to order therefore returns are only accepted for faulty items or items damaged in transit.

Please contact me to make arrangements for returns and provide evidence of damage to the item and packaging in order for me to facilitate claims from the courier.

All items are handmade by myself in my studio to a professional standard so you can buy with confidence that I have made each shade with quality and care.
